Every store will tell you that they provide great service, and we're no exception - the key difference is that we actually deliver. From the moment the bride enters our store, they are treated with courtesy and respect and given our utmost attention. Shopping for a dress shouldn't be a chore, it should a memorable experience - and we do our very best to make it so.

Quality over quantity

While we can't boast that we have the largest selection of dresses in Ottawa, we don't think that matters. Instead of buying as many dresses as we can, we stay abreast of the current trends, see what's hot, and ensure the dresses that we carry are what brides actually want. We also have some exclusive lines, such as Blush by Jim Hjelm, Tara Keely, and Two Birds Bridesmaids dresses.

Alterations on-site

Many people don't realize that most of the other bridal shops don't do alterations - they send you off somewhere else. Buying a dress from us eliminates that added hassle - we'll work with you from start to finish, and ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your dress on your big day. Didn't buy your dress from us? No problem - we'd still love to do your alterations.
